Elevate Wellness – Day 19: #30daysofselfcare “Find a sweet place to enjoy the view…” – Heather Valentine, Board Certified Structural Integrator. Did you make it outside today? We’re feeling pretty lucky to have woken up to this beautiful snow ️
Elevate Wellness – Day 18: #30daysofselfcare “I always say to put on your own oxygen mask first before you can help others. Luckily this injury was from having too much fun surfing. Double lucky that I picked a profession where being conscious of my own health is a constant daily reminder and I’m surrounded by some amazing healing providers. Thanks Janine for the great session!” – Melinda Choy, LAC.
Elevate Wellness – Day 17: #30daysofselfcare Unless it’s a CSA box! In which case it’s totally acceptable, especially up here in the mountains where fresh food is hard to find in the winter. We love the weekly delivery from @mountainbountyfarm that’s helping to keep us nourished through these long months. If you missed our article on Winter Eating in the #healthytahoe section of the Tribune today, keep a look out for a link to the online print in our bio as soon as it’s up. 🥕
Elevate Wellness – Day 16 (followed by 17): #30daysofselfcare Because sometimes you have to skip a day on social media… there’s a tip right there! Turn off, tune out and shut down. “Soaking in a Magnesium Salt bath with essential oils while reading a good book and drinking herbal tea” – Heidi, office assistant. How do you switch off?
