Elevate Wellness – “Estrogen is a group of hormones that supports our menstrual cycles and fertility, and also our bone health, brain health, and keeps inflammation in check. But like anything, too much of a good thing can mean imbalance – and frustrating and at times harmful symptoms” – @avivaromm, MD. Our Functional Medicine Practitioner and Licensed Acupuncturist, Melinda Choy, specializes in women’s health conditions, such as fertility, hormone imbalance, digestive and immune health, amongst others. Schedule your consultation with her today by calling our front desk. For more info on our functional medicine services, please visit our website. @avivaromm #womenshealth
Elevate Wellness – FIRST DO NO HARM One of the six principles of Naturopathic Medicine, “first do no harm”, is broken down to mean the following: 1. Use methods & medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects. 2. Avoid, where possible, the harmful suppression of symptoms. 3. Acknowledge & respect the individual’s healing process, using the least force necessary to diagnose and treat illness. Our naturopathic doctor, Ha Dang, specializes in chronic & complex health conditions like Lyme, Mold, and autoimmune disease — conditions with a wide range of symptoms that are often initially misdiagnosed. Naturopathic therapies used by Dr Dang focus on the self healing process through implementation of healthy living practices, clinical nutrition, homeopathy and much more, alongside both natural and conventional medicines. If you’d like to schedule a consult with Ha, please call our front desk or email ha@elevate-wellness.com.
